Earlier this month, this year's X Factor competition kicked off with auditions in Manchester and since then, the show's judges and its presenting team have been travelling up and down the country to meet this year's hopefuls.
Yesterday, Rochelle joined her co-host for another round of auditions at London's Wembley Arena and thanks to wrapping up another gruelling day in the early hours, the 26-year-old and Melvin were unable to keep they eyes open!
Taking to Instagram before heading home, Rochelle shared a selfie with Melvin and the pair couldn't have looked more ready for bed.
With their snap suggesting the pair had already nodded off, Rochelle told fans: "Finished another great day of auditions with my bestie @melvinodoom sleep time now."
It looks like they needed it, right? Well, they weren't the only ones!
The X Factor has even taken its toll on returning judge Cheryl Fernandez-Versini too.
Making like Rochelle and Melvin, the former Girls Aloud star shared a photo of herself asleep on her feet with fans. Alongside her snap, Cheryl said: "#Mood #asleep on my feet #xfauditions."
If only we looked that glamorous taking a snooze...
Despite being visibly exhausted from her non-stop schedule so far, Cheryl has said she is "more excited than ever" about the X Factor this year, and it's all thanks to Simon Cowell's cleverly planned changes for the show.
Joining the music mogul and Cheryl on the judging panel are new judges Rita Ora and Nick Grimshaw - who have replaced Mel B and Louis Walsh - and it seems the pair have been a hit so far!
While Cheryl found herself missing Rita after just one day (Rita was forced to miss the second round of auditions due to working commitments), Nick is said to have great chemistry with Simon already.
On hearing news Nick was going to become an X Factor judge, some were quick to criticise Simon's decision to hire him. Defending his choice to add Nick to the panel, Simon has said he finds the Radio 1 DJ funny and likes the fact Nick isn't an artist.
"I have an issue with artists judging other artists," he explained. "I would never allow a group of artists to run the record label, that would be crazy. You have to balance it up a bit."
As well as the addition of Rita and Nick, Caroline Flack and Olly Murs have been drafted in as the X Factor's new hosts.
Simon has also promised a number of changes to the format of the competition, but it seems we will have to wait until the X Factor returns to our screens to find out exactly what they entail.
We are so intrigued!
