And it's safe to say the smitten couple were more than excited to see each other again. Just look at the smiles on their faces!
Taking to Instagram yesterday, Jon shared a selfie of the pair together as they toasted their time on Love Island, as well as their engagement.
Alongside his photo, he told fans his wife-to-be was busy meeting all the family: "She's here! Few drinks in the garden to celebrate! All family want to meet my FIANCÉ."
Hannah, meanwhile, shared her own photos with her beau to Twitter. Showing off her engagement ring for the camera while cuddling up to Jon, she tweeted several heart-eyed emojis while telling followers she was finally "back with her boo" again.
Hannah and Jon's reunion comes after the pair finished in second place during Love Island's live final last week. The couple were pipped to the post by Max Morley and Jess Hayes who were voted by the public as this year's winners.
Despite not pocketing the £50,000 prize fund that was up for grabs, Hannah admitted she still felt like a winner even though she and Jon missed out on the title.
Sharing a screenshot of the moment Jon got down on one knee, Hannah said: "I left #loveisland a winner as I found my amazing fiance."
Ahead of the final's result, viewers watched as Jon asked Hannah to marry him and she happily said yes. Prior to popping the question, Jon revealed to his co-star Josh Ritchie he was going to propose and even rang his girlfriend's dad to ask for his permission to marry his daughter.
On their exit from the Love Island villa, a loved-up Hannah told host Caroline Flack: "I can't even describe how I am feeling. This has been the maddest journey of my whole life. I didn't think I'd come in here and find myself a fella, let alone a fiancé... Jon is the man of my dreams."
Despite seeming totally besotted onscreen, Hannah and Jon have been forced to deny claims their romance is just for the cameras.
News came to light the pair had met prior to starring on Love Island, leading some viewers to doubt how real their relationship really is.
Admitting they had already come across each other on two previous occasions, Hannah insisted nothing had happened between herself and Jon, as the Essex boy was actually more interested in her best friend!
Jon then added: "We know a lot of the same people. We knew who each other were, but this experience has given us the opportunity to see how much we could fall in love together."
Since Love Island wrapped up the couple's co-stars have also jumped to their defence. Winners of the show Max and Jess exclusively told Reveal: "Hannah and Jon's romance is definitely real."
"We've spent six weeks with [Hannah and Jon], 24 hours a day," Max told us. "We've seen how much they are in love and how real it actually is."
There's no denying the pair do seem pretty smitten!
