X Factor judge Rita Ora has treated fans to a brillant selfie with her fellow judges, and we can't help but think Simon Cowell won't be too pleased...

Yesterday, Rita joined Simon, Nick Grimshaw and Cheryl Fernandez-Versini for the second day of auditions at London's Wembley Arena.

And it seems in between listening to this year's hopefuls showcase their vocals, the judges couldn't resist getting all snap happy on us. LOVE it.

Despite being new to The X Factor this year, Rita proved she and the rest of the judging panel are getting on like a house on fire. Taking to Instagram last night, the 'Never Let You Down' singer shared a brilliant snap of herself, Cheryl, Nick and boss Simon.

And while Rita, Cheryl and Nick look oh-so-cute grinning eagerly for the selfie, the same cannot be said for Simon who looks a little less camera ready. Maybe not his best pose, eh?

Alongside her photo, Rita couldn't resist laughing at her new boss' expense. Sharing a string of laughing emojis, she told followers: "This is by far the best Simon Cowell photograph of all time. Gotta love him. Great auditions today London! See you tomorrow! @cherylofficial @nicholasgrimshaw."

On seeing her post, Cheryl and Nick were quick to share the photo to their own Instagram feeds. While the former Girls Aloud star simply said, "I'm crying", Radio 1 DJ Nick told fans he "loves" the picture.

Poor 'ol Simon!

X Factor host Caroline Flack was back at Wembley yesterday, after she missed the first day of London auditions to present the Love Island final in Majorca. She joined fellow host Olly Murs, as well as Xtra Factor's presenting team Rochelle Humes and Melvin Odoom.

The X Factor's twelfth series kicked off in Manchester last week, and this time round, Simon is promising big changes for the show.

Not only has he drafted in new judges Rita and Nick (they have replaced Mel B and Louis Walsh), but he has also included major changes to the format of the competition - insisting this year could be "make or break" for X Factor.

So far, however, the 55-year-old is keeping quiet when it comes to revealing what will be different. Instead, we'll just have to tune in when the talent show returns to our screens later this year.
