The Keeping Up With The Kardashians reality star is pregnant with her second child and recently told Twitter fans she could feel her bump was about to "pop".
Kim was pictured on Thursday (16 July) wearing a tight, stretchy grey dress that revealed a small baby bump underneath. She teamed her frock with her favourite gladiator-style heels and trademark long overcoat.
The star announced her pregnancy in May and confirmed on US Father's Day that the baby is a boy. She broke the happy news to fans in a Twitter post praising husband Kanye West for being a fabulous husband and father to their daughter North, two.
Kim confirmed her baby's gender after laughing off rumours including the idea she'd used a surrogate and wasn't really pregnant, and that she was having twins.
She's also been brushing off "stupid" questions that she and Kanye may name their son South, saying this week: "I've been asked hundreds of times. And I think it's the stupidest question. Why just add another direction? We're good. North is the best. I don't want to try and duplicate that with like a lower direction, you know."
The evening before, Kim had attended the ESPY Awards in Los Angeles to watch step-parent Caitlyn Jenner accept the Arthur Ashe Award for Courage. Caitlyn was honoured at the glitzy sports awards for giving a voice to the transgender community.
Kim, 34, sat next to her siblings in the audience as Caitlyn gave an emotional and passionate speech, saying: "I know I'm clear with my responsibility going forward, to tell my story the right way.
"To go forward, keep learning, do whatever I can to reshape the landscape of how trans issues are viewed, how trans people are treated, and more broadly to promote accepting people for who they are and accepting people's differences."
