The 'Stay With Me' singer went under the knife in Boston, Massachusetts earlier this year to fix a vocal cord haemorrhage and was then placed on three weeks of vocal rest to aid the healing.
Now, he's returned to the hospital for a check-up and all is going great!
He posted to Instagram: "So just want to keep everyone in the loop; I have been in Boston the last few days to have a check up on my throat, before I embark on my American tour. MY THROAT IS LOOKING BLOODY FANTASTIC. So it's amazing news. So happy.
"It's going to be a really tough month of shows but I can't wait to see you all, and pray it's going to be a smooth ride. LET'S GO."
Sam will also be over in the UK this summer for the festival circuit, playing on the main stage at Virgin Media's V Festival in both Chelmsford and Staffordshire.
The Grammy Award-winning singer had previously paid tribute to the doctor who performed his surgery, a man who has also worked on the likes of Adele and Aerosmith's Steven Tyler.
"Completely overwhelmed. Thank you so much Doctor Zeitels for everything... Such an amazing man. You truly truly truly don't know what you got until you lose it. I have fallen in love with music all over again over this past month, and more than ever I feel so blessed to be able to sing and do what I love every day xx."
