Before getting embroiled in an argument with co-star Lydia Bright last night, Vas had tweeted: "Lauren, Verity and Jake are my REAL friends on and off camera. I'd be surprised if Lydia even has Chloe L's number. These fake friendships."
Chloe responded last night, saying: "@VasJMorgan yes Vas I've actually known Lydia for a very long time & nothing about our friendship is fake. I don't get my friends into trouble."
But continuing the exchange of tweets this afternoon, Vas hit back: "@ChloeLewis01 it's my friendship with Jake that brought you onto Towie and not this great friendship with Lydia you think you have."
Vas also hit out at those sending negative comments to his co-star and friend of 10 years, Verity Chapman.

Verity ruffled a few feathers when she made her debut last week, and in last night's episode, tension intensified when it was revealed she and Jake had kissed in the past. This was the final straw for Chloe, who told Jake she was "done".
Vas tweeted: "I would like to make it extremely clear that I seek approval from people I love; friends and family and NOT the cast and viewers of TOWIE."
He added: "That wasn't an insult against the #TOWIE viewers it was against the ones who then think it's ok to Twitter troll and wish death on Verity."
Vas was then embroiled in a Twitter argument with Lydia yesterday, following comments she made about Verity being "unappealing".
TOWIE airs Wednesdays and Sundays at 10pm on ITVBe.
