The players led the celebrations at the annual event on Sunday evening (12 July), where they let their hair down following two weeks of gruelling matches at the SW19 tennis grounds.
Serena picked up her sixth Wimbledon title on Saturday after beating Garbiñe Muguruza in the final 6-4 6-4.
She's now a 21-times Grand Slam champion and holder of all four grand slam titles, as well as being the oldest female winner of a major in Open era at 33.
Serena's glamorous appearance at the WImbledon Champions' Dinner in London came after Harry Potter author JK Rowling came to her defence on Twitter, after receiving a nasty comment from a troll.
Tennis fan JK had tweeted her adoration for Serena during the match, prompting one fellow Twitter user to reply: "Ironic then that main reason for her success is that she is built like a man."
JK was quick to respond with a picture of Serena looking sizzling in a little red dress alongside the caption: "'She is built like a man'. Yeah, my husband looks just like this in a dress. You're an idiot."
Serena was joined at yesterday's celebrations by Novak Djokovic and his wife Jelena. Novak won the men's title on Sunday afternoon, beating Roger Federer 7-6 (7-1) 6-7 (10-12) 6-4 6-3.
