The TOWIE couple hit a wobbly patch in their relationship last week – after Arg had a drink on a night out – but they've patched things up and now moved forward, with Arg vowing to make changes.
On Thursday night (9 July), the couple joined TOWIE co-stars in Notting Hill, London for ITV's annual bash. TOWIE airs on ITVBe.
Lydia and Arg are back on track following Sunday night's episode of the show that saw Lydia bursting into tears after revealing Arg had been drinking again.
Arg entered rehab over Christmas to combat his partying and drinking lifestyle.
"As we all know, he's in recovery. I was really upset and angry. Then today he starts being mean saying I have a big forehead," said Lydia.
"He should be apologising. I can't babysit him, I can't be his mother. Regardless of what he's put me through, I treat it as a fresh relationship. Don't accuse me of things I would never dream of doing."
She later said: "I feel a lot happier that me and Arg have spoke. It's good to talk about things rather than burying them and sweeping them under the carpet. That's why we're in the position we are now because I ended up just exploding. Let's just hope that things change moving forward.
"I do worry about Arg because he's been through a very dark place once in his life and he's battled with demons, so I wouldn't care about him if I wasn't worried about him sometimes. I just think sometimes he needs to hear the harsh truth and the reality of what things can become if he doesn't nip things in the bud."
Arg, meanwhile, said: "I've got to make these changes and continue my progress that I've made so far. I've had a few slip ups recently so I've just got to nip it in the bud.
"The plan going forward is to go through with what I said I've done: Motivation, get myself back in the gym, eat healthy and make more of an effort around the house."
