Following the drama and tears of Sunday night's instalment, things appear to be well between the couple as they mark seven years since they first met with a rowing boat and picnic in the sun.
And supportive Lydia chooses to toast Arg's ongoing recovery with orange juice.
The couple's relationship had a wobble on Sunday evening when Lydia shouted at Arg during a cast rounders game, revealing he'd had a drink the other day when he was meant to be in recovery.
Arg explained at the time: "The other night I had a drink and I shouldn't have had it. I went back to Lydia's and we had a barney. Yesterday I was trying to ring her all day long, and I spoke to her today and we said we were going to come here together. I made a stupid comment and it caused murders."
Lydia added: "He was implying that I had been to after parties and was paranoid that I had been with other guys. As we all know, he's in recovery. I was really upset and angry. Then today he starts being mean saying I have a big forehead. He should be apologising. I can't babysit him, I can't be his mother. Regardless of what he's put me through, I treat it as a fresh relationship. Don't accuse me of things I would never dream of doing."
Arg later said: "I've got to make these changes and continue my progress that I've made so far. I've had a few slip ups recently so I've just got to nip it in the bud.
"The plan going forward is to go through with what I said I've done: Motivation, get myself back in the gym, eat healthy and make more of an effort around the house."
The drama continues in The Only Way Is Essex, exclusively on ITVBe on Wednesday 8th July at 10pm.
