Teen Mom's Jenelle Evans has said her life has changed dramatically since she quit drugs and switched her focus to studying and her children.

The reality star has been busy at college in recent years studying to become a medical clinical assistant while parenting sons Jace, five, and Kaiser, who turned one last month.

It's a very different Jenelle to the one who gained fame in 16 & Pregnant and Teen Mom2 and went on to have a few highly publicised brushes with the law.

She told People.com: "My life has changed so much since I stopped doing drugs – my whole attitude has changed. I'm more active in my children's lives, and I want to be at every milestone and special event they have. Being there for them is more important to me than going partying or doing drugs."

Jenelle, 23, also told MTV News that after her kids, school is the most important thing in her life, with relationships falling after that.

She recently celebrated 4th July in the US with her kids, sharing several pictures to Instagram of their patriotic day out – including a few of her looking fabulous in a bikini.
