But cutie brother George ALMOST stole the show!
The adorable toddler - who will turn 2 this month - arrived at the Church of St Mary Magdalene in Sandringham on Sunday (5 July) holding hands with his daddy, The Duke of Cambridge.
And he looked good enough to eat in smart red shorts that barely covered his dimpled chubby legs - so pinchable!
While William looked typically dapper in a dark suit with red tie, wife Kate Middleton stunned in a beautifully tailored cream Alexander McQueen coat and matching Jane Taylor hat.
But, of course, most of the waiting crowds - who had camped overnight - were hoping to catch a glimpse of baby Charlotte...
And they weren't disappointed!
It was the first time the family of four had appeared together since Charlotte was born two months ago on 2 May.
Princess Charlotte was taken to church in a Millson pram, previously used for Prince Edward and Prince Andrew.
Reports say the little tot arrived crying, probably wondering what all the fuss was about!
She was baptised by the Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby at the Church of St Mary Magdalene, where the Queen and the royal family regularly worship.
The baby princess wore the royal christening robe of fine Honiton lace lined with white satin, made by the Queen's dressmaker.
Proud grandparents, The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall, attended the ceremony, as did the VIP great-grandparents The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh.
Uncle Prince Harry was unable to attend the christening as he is in Africa where he is spending the summer.
The late Princess Diana was also christened at the same church, as was Princess Eugenie in 1990.
A few hours before the 4.30pm christening, William and Kate revealed they had chosen five of their closest friends and relatives to be Charlotte's godparents - including Princess Diana's niece Laura Fellowes.
In an announcement tweeted by the official Kensington Palace Twitter account at 11am, the Princess's godparents were named as Kate's cousin Adam Middleton, William's best friends James Meade and Tom Van Straubenzee and Kate's childhood friend Sophie Carter.
