Brian was embroiled in a heated row with Helen and Marc O'Neill following a group task this week.
After trading insults, things took a turn for the worse when Helen said: "Straight jacket is in the store room, psycho... Brian you look like a rapist, you look like a murderer, murderer slash rapist."
When called to the Diary Room, Helen was given a formal warning for comparing Brian to a "rapist" and "murderer".
Marc was also given a stern talking to for comparing Brian to a psycho, but he did not receive a formal punishment.
The argument, which was not the first time Brian and Helen had clashed, marked Brian's departure from the house. The legendary housemate escaped from the house by scaling the walls in the garden.
An Ofcom spokesman has since revealed: "Ofcom has received 1,100 complaints about Big Brother on Channel 5 on June 24th. We will assess these complaints before deciding whether to investigate or not."
Brian has already spoken about the incident on Big Brother's Bit On The Side, saying: "She tries to manipulate things and turn things around. I'm a 6ft 4in lad so it's easy for her to say, 'Oh no, he's done that to me'.
"I just thought, 'I don't need to be around people not being nice to me.' I've got more self-respect. I'm not even going to say anything bad about them because I want to hold my head up high with dignity in this situation."
Following the Ofcom complaints, a Big Brother spokesperson said: "Big Brother takes rule breaking very seriously. Helen and Marc were both warned regarding their behaviour and as with all housemates they continue to be closely monitored at all times."
