Not only did poor Ferne have to sit out on playing golf with Jessica Wright, Bobby Norris and Lauren Pope yesterday (yes, really!), she found herself back on the sidelines today as her co-star's ventured to DropZone - an indoor play centre in Essex.
Despite missing out on the wall-to-wall trampolines, ball pits, dodgeball courts, basketball hoops and slides, Ferne still managed to see the funny side of things, sharing an amusing photo with her followers on Instagram.
In her photo, Ferne can be seen crutch in hand and all bandaged up, sitting on the edge of the slide and looking slightly sad to be missing out.
Hilariously, behind Ferne James Diags Bennewith is pictured making a beeline for her. Following her down the slide, Diags seems to be ignoring girlfriend Fran Parman who is telling him to stop.
Alongside her action shot, Ferne joked: "Caption this!"
While she might not have had the greatest time at the play centre, her co-stars loved every minute.
Following their trip, Diags tweeted: "Feel like a big kid all over again having so much fun with this lot @JamesBennewith @dan_edgar1 @fernemccann @LaurenPope." While Lauren Pope told fans she had such a funny day filming with her Essex pals.
Ferne's latest post comes after she recently revealed she has torn ligaments in her right ankle.
Injuring herself while playing a game of netball last week, the Essex beauty reassured fans she was ok despite being in a lot of pain.
Following her trip to A&E, Ferne has been relying on her crutches to get her around. She even shared a photo of her ankle to show just how swollen it really is following her sporting mishap.
