TOWIE's Georgia Kousoulou has said the one things she's taking out of all the recent drama is not to row with Tommy Mallet in public.

The couple's relationship came under scrutiny in Marbs when Ferne McCann suggested to Georgia that Tommy didn't speak to her with respect. Georgia later defended her relationship with Tommy saying they'd had one small bicker in Marbs and it had been blown out of proportion.

Now, in a new interview with the TOWIE official website, she has added:

"Tommy is my boyfriend at the end of the day and I will back him up and I have his back no matter what. It's not like we have to sit at home and discuss this privately because there is nothing to discuss!

"We haven't had one row since we've been back from Marbella. We don't actually row that much! Just when we do unfortunately row, we're very vocal and people have heard about it.

"Other couples row more than us but when they do, they do it in corners and no one knows. We had one little bicker and everyone is now opinionated because we are vocal!

"The only thing I'll take out of this as a positive is we both now know not to row in front of people because that way people can't have opinions."

Georgia had earlier tweeted to clarify what had happened in TOWIE.

"I went to the villa and spoke to the girls about a row. I NEVER said Tommy talks to me bad. The convo went from us talking about a bicker me and him had in Marbs to them talking about how bad he talks to me and started going in on him personally.

"This left me shocked and upset as all I mentioned was a bicker me and him had. I am very happy in my relationship. Tommy does NOT talk to me bad. He doesn't treat me bad! Yes we row and bicker like everyone else but he DOESN'T call me names like Ferne referenced.

"We had a normal couple row. I spoke to the girls about the row. I expected opinions about THE ROW but I didn't expect ppl to have opinions about the way he treats me when they have never seen us row."

TOWIE airs Sundays and Wednesdays at 10pm on ITVBe.
