TOWIE's new boy Pete Wicks has told Jessica Wright he's not paying attention to Dan Edgar's swerve advice.

On last week's episode of the show, we saw Dan telling Pete that Jessica wasn't much fun unless she'd had a drink, saying: "I have no problems you going there at all. That's irrelevant. I just feel from a man to man point of view, I feel like it's hard to have a laugh with her when she hasn't had a drink. When you're out with her and she's had a drink she's a good laugh."

TOWIE episode to air 21 June 2015: Bella and Ernest, Jess and Pete

Pete bumped into Jess and Nanny Pat while dog walking.

Jess and Dan had shared a few non-date dates last series.

On yesterday's episode, we saw Jess confronting Dan about his remarks, calling them "bitchy and catty" and pointing out she'd never been anything but lovely about him.

But thankfully, it appears Pete isn't paying attention to them anyway...

While Jess and Nanny Pat were enjoying a walk in the park with Jess' dog Bella, they bumped into Pete and his dog Ernest.

When Pete asked why they hadn't arranged a double date with their dogs yet, Jess replied: "I saw you with Dan a lot and after what he said to you I thought you might not have fancied it."

Pete replied: "Really? He didn't say anything bad. And it doesn't matter what Dan said. I take people as I find them."
