The reality TV star, 24, launched Crohn's & Colitis UK's charity walk on Saturday (20 June) along with Paralympic powerlifter Ali Jawad.
Sam and Ali - who both suffer from Crohn's Disease - seemed to be having lots of fun as they kicked off the 15th annual London Charity Walk.
The 5k and 10k walks started and ended at Victoria Embankment Gardens and saw hundreds of people take part in a bid to raise over £210,000.
The fun event included a pop-up funfair, live entertainment, games and face painting for the kiddies.
Sam was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease after leaving the Celebrity Big Brother house last year.
While in the house, she began suffering with stomach problems and was even taking out of the house to see a doctor.
Now, she manages her condition with medication, healthy eating and exercise.
Sam, who is loved-up with Paul Day, says: "Many people are aware that Crohn's & Colitis UK is a charity close to my heart and as such, I'm really happy to be supporting their annual walk. It's a great cause and I hope that the event generates even more awareness and support for those with IBD. Well done to everyone involved!"
In an interview with Cosmopolitan Body, former party girl Sam recently said: "It sounds crazy to hear myself say this, but I absolutely embrace my Crohn's disease.
"It has caused me agonising pain, made me cry, stopped me from eating, drinking and clubbing, and it has slimmed down my once curvy body.
"But it has also changed my life and it's changed me. It's been a rough journey, and it is most definitely not over, but now I can see that a lot of the changes are good."
