But just minutes before the live show, it was announced that plans had changed and former housemate Aisleyne would NOT be going in.
But what happened?
While the usually outspoken reality star, 36, has so far kept a low profile on social media, reports suggest that she was sensationally pulled from the show over safety concerns.
It's certainly no secret that she and Helen Wood don't get on. The girls have publicly slammed each other on social media on several occasions, so show bosses were understandably keen to get the girls together in the house in a bid to boost ratings.
Before she was due to enter the house, Aisleyne confirmed she was going back into the house in an interview with Digital Spy.
She called Helen "diabolical" and said: "I just want her to stop f**king picking on people, stop bullying people, stop intimidating people, and to be f**king happy and stop sucking lemons! She's so bitter, isn't she? It's just awful."
Since the interview was published, Helen added fuel to the fire when she said she would "spit in Aisleyne's face" if she visited the house.
We would totally understand if Aisleyne's U-turn had something to do with that threat. And according to the DS website, producers tried to convince Aisleyne to change her mind.
It's believed she may return later in the series.
Legendary housemates from the past Helen, Brian Belo and Nikki Grahame have been in the Big Brother: Timebomb house for a week as part of a Time Warp task.
On Friday night (19 June), Irish model Jade Lynch was evicted.
In another live twist, she was able to nominate one housemate for eviction and chose rapper Christian MJC.
