The actress told ITV's This Morning she rather missed playing Tricia Dingle, who was dramatically killed off the soap in 2004 after lightning hit the Woolpack.
She said today: "Of course [I wish Tricia hadn't been killed.] I loved playing Tricia. So, maybe an evil twin is on the cards!"
For now, however, she's got her hands full with the new series of Celebrity MasterChef, which starts tonight on BBC One.
The actress admitted she'd had to be "really convinced" to do it despite being a fan for many years, and initially kept asking herself: "Why have I done this?!"
She described her general style as "basic cooking", explaining: "I've got four kids and they all want something different. I hate the drama at dinner time around the table so I make spaghetti bolognese and blend all the vegetables into a sauce so they can't see! I'm a blending kind of cook! "
Sheree said her footballer husband Harry Kewell was better in the kitchen than her, laughing: "My husband really likes cooking so he's kind of taken over really in the kitchen which suited me fine… until this, and now I've reinvented myself as a wannabe chef!"
