The daughter of Princess Anne was seen at Ascot on Tuesday (16 June) wearing a tight-fitting lemon dress. At one point she was snapped her hand across her midriff sending the pregnancy rumour mill into overdrive.
But a rep has confirmed it's not true.
In a statement to the Daily Mail, a spokesperson said: "Zara is not pregnant – her plans remain the same in terms of her preparation for Rio 2016."
Zara is hoping to make the GB Equestrian Team for the next Olympics after picking up a silver medal at London 2012.
The 34-year-old is already a mum to daughter Mia, her first child with former rugby player husband Mike Tindall.
Zara was at Ascot yesterday with a string of royal family members including The Queen, The Duke of Edinburgh, Prince Harry and Princess Beatrice.
Prince William and Kate Middleton were not there: they had been seen at the weekend, however, at the Beaufort Polo Club in Gloucestershire with their son George, two.
