The O.C. star Ben McKenzie is hoping to have an on-screen reunion with his former co-star Adam Brody.

It's welcome news for fans because, well, you know... Ryan Atwood and Seth Cohen were like the ultimate definition of bromance!

When asked by E! Online about the possibility of some kind of O.C. reunion, Ryan said: "I don't know, I saw Adam recently, and you know, I hope so. He's a great guy."

In fact, it seems like Ben is very much missing the days of playing Ryan...

He also told the US site: "If Ryan and Seth are not the best bromance of all time, I'm gonna need to talk to the editor..."

The O.C. was a Fox network production, which ran for four seasons from 2003 to 2007. It aired on Channel 4 in the UK.

The series focused around a group of teenagers and their families in the affluent seaside community of Newport Beach, in Orange County, California.

While Seth was the awkward son of Sandy and Kirsten, Ryan was a troubled teen, who was taken in by the Cohen family. The show also starred Rachel Bilson, Mischa Barton and Peter Gallagher.
