Fans were left open-mouthed after yesterday's episode of MIC showed a sneak peek at next week's episode, hinting Spencer may have strayed from girlfriend Lauren Hutton.
In a scene that we're all too familiar with, Spencer can be seen looking a little sheepish as he tells his other half: "I need to tell you something..."
Oh Spenny, you didn't!
Since he and Lauren got together last year, Spencer has assured everyone he has put his wandering eye behind him and is a one-woman man. The Chelsea boy is often spotted gushing about girlfriend Lauren, even admitting himself the pair are "very loved-up".
Their romance has had a positive influence on Spencer, seeing him go through an incredible transformation thanks to his new sober, healthier and fitness-inspired lifestyle.
Lauren, however, reveals that Spencer was tempted back into drinking and it seems his lifestyle lapse could be concerning for the pair's relationship.
In the trailer, Lauren confides in Binky, telling her: "[Spencer] has started drinking again, he's going back to how he used to be."
Viewers then saw Spencer on a night out with the boys, declaring he was "back", before confessing to Lauren he had something she needed to hear.
And judging by Lauren's face, she doesn't seem impressed...
Earlier this year, Spencer had exclusively told Reveal he was missing being Chelsea's bad boy, was that his way of warning us?!
"As much as I love being in a loving relationship, it is boring being nice," he told us. "I fancy going dark again at some point. It would be great to have some good, old-fashioned hissing scenes!"
News of Spencer's concerning antics comes after he and Lauren recently hit a rocky patch thanks to Spencer's rekindled friendship with Lucy Watson.
Jamie Laing had invited Spencer on a ski trip with a few of their co-stars, including ex-girlfriend Lucy. Lauren didn't receive an invite and instead of asking if she would like to join, Spencer revealed he was keen to get back on friendlier terms with his former flame.
Lucy and Spencer had fallen out after she claimed he had tried to hit on her while dating Lauren. Not surprisingly, Lauren and Lucy haven't seen eye-to-eye since and Spencer's girlfriend said she was "really hurt" by her co-star's claims.
Unhappy with Spencer holidaying with his ex, Lauren sarcastically told her beau she would ring up her ex and jet off with him too. Spencer's reply: "If you want to behave like spoiled brat then I'll break up with you."
Luckily, Spencer soon saw the error of his ways and flew back to Chelsea to patch things up with Lauren. In another strained conversation, Spencer told her she couldn't dictate who he was friends with and that he needed space in order for their relationship to work.
Since then, Lauren and Spencer have been spotted putting on a united front, enjoying a loved-up day at the polo. Fingers crossed their latest drama is just another bump they'll be able to get over!
Made In Chelsea continues Monday 15 June at 9pm on E4.
