The actress was appearing on ITV's This Morning today when she admitted a previous segment on babies had her feeling a little bit broody.
"I do want another baby! My ovaries were twinging when I saw the others' babies! But Mark, my husband, has banned me from breeding anymore! My stepson Michael is 19, my son Ben is 14 and Lilly is ten."
Samantha – who plays Ronnie Mitchell in EastEnders - recalled an incident with daughter Lilly while filming Wild at Heart back in 2007.
"Lilly got separation anxiety when I left her. And I knew I shouldn't have left her for two weeks, and she stopped eating and her tongue ulcerated so the producers of the show very kindly sent me back early so I could be with her. I couldn't concentrate, could I?"
Samantha was on the show to promote the DVD release of Kingsman: The Secret Service which co-stars Colin Firth.
She jokingly compared the catering experience on a Hollywood movie set to that of the 'Enders canteen, saying: "It's lovely going on to a movie set, they are so conscious of health and a lot of people there - particularly for an [energised] film like that, Colin was doing a huge stunt, so the training for that, he needed to be so physically fit. So obviously the diet you get on-set was fantastic - fresh juices or whatever - slightly different to the cup of muddy tea that you might get!"
But she added: "I'm grateful for a cuppa anytime!"
