Georgia Kousoulou has said she's civil with co-stars Fran Parman and Diags but wouldn't say they are friends.

Fans of TOWIE will know the formerly close Georgia and Fran had a falling out last series over a rumour that Georgia's boyfriend Tommy Mallet had cheated on her during a night out in Newcastle.

Tommy denied the allegation and Georgia said she believed him. Fran later apologised to Georgia but it seems things between the girls still aren't back to where they once were.

Georgia said: "When Fran and Diags brought up the Newcastle night, [it] was ridiculous. I was very angry. We are civil now but I wouldn't say we are friends."

Speaking ahead of the new series of TOWIE starting this weekend, she spoke about feeling betrayed last series by someone who used to be a close friend.

"I felt betrayed when Fran brought up the Newcastle rumour – although Fran and I had drifted as friends, I thought that was just circumstance. We had been really close, so it seemed like a real betrayal."

But there was a silver lining among all the drama, as Georgia said: "It brought me and Tommy closer together. We became a team and by the end of the series we were very happy."

TOWIE stars Sunday, 14 June at 10pm on ITVBe.
