Entering the villa a couple of days later than the original 12 contestants, John and Tony have now joined this year's Love Island stars, stealing two girls from their fellow guys while doing so.
Prior to the twins entering the house, all six guys and six girls had been coupled up on their arrival. But despite each guy having a girl on their arm, host Caroline Flack told the Love Island newbies John and Tony they could each choose a lucky lady to take on a date in the villa's secret room.
While John chose Chelsea girl Danielle Pyne prying her away from Geordie club promoter Chris, Tony chose glamour model Jessica Hayes.
Jess had initially been coupled with tattooed Jordan, before switching him for 20-year-old Joshua Ritchie after winning the show's first task.
Starting their time on Love Island with a bang, the twins didn't seem phased that their choice in girls may not sit well with the lads they had been coupled up with.
"We're not there to make friends," John told Caroline. "We've got each other, so we can play dirty and get competitive. It will be game over for them (the other boys) and game on for us when they see the two of us."
So what do you need to know about John and Tony?
John and Tony are identical twins (in case you hadn't noticed already) and property developers. Insisting they know exactly how to woo a girl, the pair claim: "We're Italian, we invented romance!"
While Tony admits he looks for a "great body" when it comes to finding himself a girl, John opts for the more family-orientated and feisty type. What turns them off? Chavvy girls and those who are shy. "Confidence can make an average girl a lot prettier," says Tony.
They don't believe in cheating on the one you're dating and both have a bit of a thing for Catherine Zeta Jones. While John and Tony think they're going to be a hit with the ladies on Love Island, they openly admit the boys might not be their biggest fans...
Things just got way more interesting, right?!
John and Tony joining Love Island comes after viewers watched the show's original stars settle in.
Jess wasted no time picking and choosing the right guy for her, sealing her romance with Josh with a cheeky bedtime kiss. Lauren Richardson felt a little out of place, emotionally revealing she hasn't yet gelled with anyone, girl or guy, and Essex boy (and Jasmin Walia's ex) Jon Clark admitted he may have found his wife-to-be in playboy bunny Hannah Elizabeth.
Ahead of Love Island hitting our screens, Caroline had promised a "long hot summer" and we think we may just have one!
Love Island airs nightly on ITV2.
