Earlier this month, reports surfaced suggesting Una Foden, Mollie King and Vanessa White were keen to start their own solo careers.
On hearing that, many fans started to speculate whether the girls' solo material meant the end for The Sats, but Frankie Bridge has insisted the girlband will be releasing new music together.
Since then, Rochelle has exclusively told Reveal The Saturdays are still very much together, explaining rumours the girls are calling time on the band are nothing new.
Confirming they aren't going anywhere just yet, Rochelle told us: "I'm still in the group and we're still together."
When asked if the constant speculation The Saturdays are breaking up can get annoying, the mum-of-one admitted: "To be completely honest with you, we've had it since our very first record."
"We released our first album and people were saying that from the get go," she added. "It's always been something we've batted off, so it's no different. We know what's going on."
Ignoring the speculation, Rochelle said: "If we were getting it from our first album, we're going to get it now. It's just one of those things!"
Rumours The Saturdays were splitting were made even more rife, especially as the girls have all been working on their own projects recently.
As well as planning their own music material, Una has been judging on The Voice Of Ireland, Mollie and Vanessa have been modelling, Frankie is currently expecting her second child and Rochelle has been presenting.
She recently landed herself her first Saturday night show, hosting Ninja Warrior - a gameshow that sees contestants take on the toughest obstacle course - alongside Ben Shepherd and Chris Kamara.
"We had such a ball filming [Ninja Warrior]," Rochelle said. "It's so fun for us, but for the contestants it's no joke. I haven't given the course a try, but Ben did and he was so good, he did really well."
We noticed Mollie had tweeted Rochelle a while back, telling her she wanted to give the Ninja Warrior obstacle course a go herself. When asked if she thinks her bandmate would be any good, the 26-year-old revealed Mollie is actually "super-competitive" and Frankie wants to get involved too - post-baby that is.
"Mollie, she's super-competitive. If there's a game, she wants to win it, that's just how she is. Frankie wants to do it as well. She said after she's had the baby she'll give it a go."
Falling back into her presenting shoes - Rochelle actually started her career fronting children's TV - the starlet admits she would love to pursue presenting as a personal career for her.
"It's something I always loved and have a passion for," she explained. "I've started to get more into it, it's naturally happened. For me personally, that's what I would love to do."
She continued: "I've always had my eye on a Saturday night show and that's happened now, so I'm choosing wisely and waiting to see what happens."
After Sarah-Jane Crawford's exit, The Xtra Factor is looking for a new host. Maybe Roch should give Simon Cowell a call?!
