The musician and actress was cheered on by parents Bruce Willis and Demi Moore as she scooped the Mirror Ball Trophy following Tuesday night's live finale.
Rumer, 26, had been one of the most talked about contestants of the series thanks to her beautiful dance moves and at times emotional videos.
Earlier this series, she tearfully admitted ahead of a dance that she'd been bullied over her looks and taunted by trolls who said she looked more like her father than mother.
"When I was a teenager, I was super awkward. I don't think I felt comfortable with my body or how I looked. People were nasty. They would say I looked like a man or buttaface – which is everything good but the face. Potato head was the big term everyone used a lot. Pretty much making fun of the way I looked."
Now, she's had the last laugh, proving herself an incredible dancer who was so sexy on the dancefloor judge Len Goodman suggested she tone it down!
Rumer's proud family were often spotted in the audience cheering her on, quite frequently with tears in their eyes as they watched her perform.
Her stepmother Emma Heming Wilis said on Instagram this week: "You've proved that there are no limits. Watching you grow through this process has been nothing but pure joy to witness. You've inspired many, especially your family. Your baby sisters are rooting for you from afar. So proud of you Rumer."
And even her former stepfather Ashton Kutcher publicly praised her, saying: "Rumer, I'm so proud of you. You are artist of movement."
Congrats to Rumer!
