A new clip has been released from the upcoming Keeping Up With The Kardashians two-part special in which the family speaks about Bruce's decision to transition into a woman.
In the brief footage – aired on America's Today show – we hear Bruce saying: "Kris is a really good woman and I love her to death. The love and acceptance I've gotten from Kris is absolutely overwhelming."
We also hear Kris briefly reflecting on her marriage to Bruce: "We had so much in common that it was kind of a match made in heaven. We went to races, we played golf, we went snow skiing. There wasn't anything we didn't do. And we couldn't keep our hands off each other."
Bruce and Kris split in October 2013 following 22 years of marriage.
Last month, former Olympian Bruce confirmed speculation that he is transitioning into a woman. He gave a two-hour interview to ABC News in which he spoke about having gender identity struggles since childhood and his journey to where he is now.
His eldest children – Burt, Brody, Brandon and Cassandra – all appeared on the interview to support him, while youngest children Kendall and Kylie sent a statement of love. Kris, Kim, Khloe, Rob and Kourtney all posted messages of love and support to social media. The whole family watched the interview be broadcast together.
This weekend's E! special will focus on how Bruce told his family about the transition and how they've grouped together to support him.
