The TOWIE star told ITV's This Morning that she'd jump at the chance to re-enter the Australian jungle if producers ever approached her again.
"One million percent yes, if I was ever given the opportunity," she said.
Gemma's time in the I'm A Celeb jungle was brief but very well documented: she lasted just three days in camp before quitting and returning to the UK. She later donated her fee to charity.
The star previously explained her abrupt departure:
"I decided to leave the jungle because, what a lot of people didn't know, is 24 hours before I went in something really bad had happened to me and I had quite bad injuries.
"I had injuries to my head and all over my body but I didn't want to let anyone down. I was like, 'I've got to do this'. It was a massive opportunity and then, when I got into the jungle, everyone was saying I'd only been in there for two days but I'd actually been in there for six."
Now, the star is feeling in a better place - and has begun a new healthy regime which has seen her drop three stone in three months. Gemma has credited a hypnotist for helping her break her addiction to food and turning her life around.
"I look back and part of the hypnotherapy I had made me realise that that girl isn't there anymore," she said.
