The presenting duo were victorious once again as they picked up awards for best entertainment show and best entertainment performance for their ITV show, Saturday Night Takeaway.
The annual ceremony, which celebrates the very best of British TV, was presented by Graham Norton at London's Theatre Royal on Sunday night (10 May).
It was a good night for ITV, as long-running primetime soap Coronation Street won the Soap and Continuing Drama award.
Producer Stuart Blackburn gave a nod to EastEnders for their recent live week and 'Who killed Lucy' storyline.
He told the audience: "Sometimes people sneer at soaps, but we do some of the best moments on television."
Stuart then dedicated the award to his "friend and colleague", the late Anne Kirkbride, who played Deirdre Barlow on the soap.
Benedict Cumberbatch, who was absent from the ceremony as he was looking after his pregnant wife Sophie Hunter, was also victorious last night after BBC One decective drama Sherlock won the Radio Times audience award, beating the likes of EastEnders, Strictly Come Dancing, The Great British Bake Off and Game of Thrones.
It was only the one award for Benedict, as he missed out on the Best Actor gong, which went to Jason Watkins for his role in The Lost Honour of Christopher Jeffries. The drama also won the award for best Mini-Series.
Meanwhile, Georgina Campbell won the Best Actress gong for her role as a 17-year-old victim in BBC Three's Murdered by My Boyfriend.
Other big winners on the night were BBC Two's Marvellous and BBC One's Happy Valley.
