After telling fans she was going to enjoy a "posh night out" with footballer husband Wayne Bridge, the Saturdays star got glammed up for the annual ceremony, which was held at Battersea Evolution in London.
Frankie, 26, beamed from ear-to-ear as she arrived with Wayne at the ceremony, and they made a very glam couple as they posed outside for a picture.
'What About Us' singer Frankie showed off her baby bump in all its glory in a stunning black and gold maxi dress.
Once she hit the red carpet, Frankie posed for photos alone before being joined by Wayne, who protectively held her by the waist.
Frankie and Wayne were joined by a host of celebrities at the event, including pregnant Rebecca Adlington, Blue singer Simon Webbe and former Pussycat Doll Kimberly Wyatt.
Frankie announced her pregnancy in January after being forced to pull out of Strictly Come Dancing's live tour after suffering with severe morning sickness.
This will be her second child with Wayne. The couple are already parents to son Parker.
Announcing her baby joy, Frankie said at the time: "Wayne and I are delighted to announce that we are expecting our second baby.
"It is very early days, but we couldn't be happier and Parker will make a wonderful big brother."
