It didn't take long for all the drama to kick off in Chelsea as Steph and Lauren exchanged words in a gallery, reigniting their feud once more.
Steph found out from her pals that Lauren had high-fived Spencer after finding out her relationship troubles with Josh Shepherd.
Steph soon confronted Lauren and accused her of "celebrating" the fact that she and Josh had hit a rocky patch. Lauren denied this and said that she has never spoken badly about her.
"I don't really care about your relationship," Lauren told her. "I've actually wished you the best."
Refusing to listen, Steph told her: "Just stop talking about me" before walking off.
It appeared that viewers may have been critical of Lauren on social media, but Spencer stuck up for his girlfriend.
After the show, Spencer tweeted: "Remember that you are watching a show. @iamlaurenhutton is wonderful. Wouldn't be with her if she wasn't. Don't be so quick to judge her."
The girls fell out last year when Lauren first came into the show as Spencer's new girlfriend.

Louise Thompson, Lucy Watson and Steph - who are all of Spencer's exes - wanted to warn Lauren about his Lothario ways, which caused a lot of friction in the group.
Lauren also came under fire after finding out that Spencer had cheated on Lucy with a waitress in Barcelona. Lauren had told Spencer, "If I were a guy, I would high five you", which left Lucy and Steph not too impressed.
