The model and actress, 35, is famous for her incredible curves and gorgeous figure and she admits she knows just how to use what she was blessed with.
Kelly tells the new issue of Red: "You have to use whatever tools you've got. You have to run it like a business. I've got the body, so this is what I can do. And it's an art form in itself to exploit that on many different platforms, in ways that appeal to many different kinds of people."
It's not just modelling that Kelly does now. While she's just been voted one of the Top 10 Sexiest Women in the World by FHM, she's also star of a new primetime comedy show in America. And she has other projects including an autiobiography and clothing lines.
Kelly tells the magazine that she wishes everybody would be more supportive to each other as it's hard enough finding confidence in yourself and having people criticise you publicly doesn't help.
"It would be nice if people could just be a bit more supportive," she says. "Because it's all about that, I just think we should all support each other, especially as women. You shouldn't knock women for living their dreams.
"Life's hard enough to wake up every morning and have self-love and get out of bed feeling like you can get on with the day. Let alone with someone telling you that you can't do something… and that you're dog s**t."
Kelly's full interview appears in Red's June issue, on sale 30 April
