The actor, 29, wed his long-term partner in a romantic wedding ceremony at The Devonshire Dome, Buxton, on Saturday (25 April).
And his soap co-stars were there to help him celebrate his special day.
In fact, at first glance, you'd be hard pushed to guess WHO was getting married as all the bridesmaids - including Gemma Merna, Jennifer Metcalfe, Stephanie Davis, Jorgie Porter and Bronagh Waugh - were wearing wedding dresses!
We love this fun twist!
The Inbetweeners actress Emily Atack was also on bridesmaid duty after befriending Kieron on Dancing On Ice in 2010.
Before the big event, an excited Emily tweeted: "SO excited & honoured to be a bridesmaid today for my wonderful friends @MrkieronR & @carl_hyland .. LOVE YOU BOTH SO MUCH!"
Kieron had recently revealed that the event would be a lavish affair, with a dozen bridesmaids wearing bridal gowns, a catwalk show, and The Drifters performing.
The star, who plays Ste Hay in the long-running C4 soap, announced he was marrying in July last year.
He recently told the Daily Star Sunday: "We want to do what everyone has been doing all these years - because finally we're allowed to say those vows.
"But that really is the only traditional thing we are doing. I've had this image in my head of how I want it to be."
Kieron came out as gay during an interview on This Morning in 2010 after he was inspired by X Factor winner Joe McElderry.
His character on the soap - who is also gay - recently tied the knot to John-Paul McQueen.
A HUGE congratulations to the happy couple!
