The reality stars will be gearing up to run the 26 mile and 385 yards race near the River Thames on the weekend, and today (24 April), they attended a photo call to kick off the two-day countdown.
Dressed in their running gear, Proudlock and Hugo were seen holding hands while running to drum up support for Sunday's annual event.
Hugo will be supporting two charities, Malaria No More UK and Rainbow Trust Children's Charity.
Having so far raised £1,454, Hugo said on his fundraising page: "My aim is to beat last years time of 4 hrs 11 minutes to come in under 4 hours. I am putting in extra effort to acheive this goal in the hope that you will give generously to these two charities that do fantastic work."
Meanwhile Proudlock, who is running for the British Heart Foundation, has so far raised £1,781. He said on his fundraising page that his family have "a history of heart conditions", adding: "The BHF is a cause that means a lot to me."
