The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star will pen a book about creating strength and inner beauty by building a strong body, mind, heart and spirit.
She'll release the as-yet-untitled book on 3 November.
Khloe said: "I am so excited to be sharing my philosophy on how I live and the power of strength. I hope to be an inspiration to readers everywhere on how they can create their own true strength and beauty inside and out."
The 30-year-old often shares empowering messages with fans via her social media accounts and is frequently seen at the gym and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
Her book will be published through Regan Arts.
The company's CEO Judith Regan said: "We are thrilled to be working with Khloe Kardashian whose book will surely inspire women and men everywhere. It is time for us to embrace the fact that strong, as opposed to skinny, is a healthier goal."
Khloe isn't the only Kardashian to release a book this year. Her older sister Kim, 34, will release her Selfish collection of selfies on 5 May.
