Recently, Mollie has joined forces with Magnum to promote their Pink and Black ice-creams and while doing so she embraced both her sophisticated side and her more playful.
And revealing just how playful she can really be, the blonde beauty told the Mail Online she caused chaos on The Saturdays' latest tour!
In September last year, The Saturdays embarked on their Greatest Hits Tour and it turns out Mollie played the role of mischief-maker while the girls were on the road.
She revealed: "Our six male backing dancers had denim dungarees to wear on stage, but I was feeling really cheeky, so I cut the legs off and turned them into mini hot pants which they had to wear. It was so funny!"
And while the fashionista may have some designer credentials under her belt, we can't imagine her dancers were too impressed...
Since the girls wrapped up their tour, they have been taking a break from the girlband and working on their own individual projects.
Not only has Mollie teamed up with Magnum, but she has been modelling and working with high street brand Oasis too.
Una Foden has been coaching on The Voice of Ireland, Rochelle Humes presenting on new show Ninja Warrior and Frankie Bridge will join Lorraine Kelly to host this year's High Street Fashion Awards.
Despite the girls focusing on their own ventures, they have insisted The Saturdays won't be splitting up.
While Una insisted it "won't be the last" we'll see of the girls, Mollie said: "Fraid not guys! We're still plugging at it."
Glad to hear it!
