The starlet was pictured rocking a smart and stylish ensemble outside the BBC studios in London on Thursday (16 April).
Her outing came as an exclusive picture of Carey in Suffragette was released, showing her character, who is part of the movement to secure women's rights.
Co-starring Meryl Streep and Helena Bonham-Carter, the film will tell the history of how women in the UK fought for their right to vote and have equality.
The movie's already made history as the first film ever shot on location at the Houses of Parliament, a privilege that was granted by MPs in order to help fund the costs of Parliament and because the movie is telling such an important part of Parliamentary history.
As well as Suffragette hitting cinemas on 30 October, Carey can also be seen in new movie Far From The Madding Crowd, based on the Thomas Hardy novel.
She attended the world premiere of the flick in London last night, looking beautiful in an embellished Dior frock. That film arrives in cinemas next month.
