The Essex newcomers had us hooked last series with their on/off romance and as TOWIE wrapped up it seemed the pair were verging on giving their relationship another go.
Viewers saw an emotional Jake ask his former flame to go on a first date again with him and while Chloe happily agreed, Ferne isn't convinced Chloe's ex-beau is the right man for her.
With the pair on their way to officially becoming an item again, we asked Ferne what she made of Jake and Chloe's rekindled romance.
She exclusively told us: "I don't think they'll ever split up, but I don't think they'll ever be in a happy relationship."
The last series of TOWIE saw plenty of tears from Chloe. Not only did ex-boyfriend Jake kiss Lauren Pope earlier on, he then lied and denied ever doing so.... only to later admit the smooch to a frustrated Chloe.
Seeing her pal upset, Ferne clashed with Jake on multiple occasions, making no secret of the fact she wasn't a fan of him or the way he had treated Chloe.
And while she says she doesn't like the constant rows with her co-star, it seems Ferne won't be making up with Jake anytime soon.
Speaking about her co-star, she said: "I'm not one to hold grudges and I think life is too short to have rows and arguments with people, but I just don't like [Jake], really. I've never actually met anyone like him."
The starlet did reassure us though, her feud with Jake hasn't stopped her being friends with Chloe.
Glad to hear it!
Meanwhile, one Essex couple that Ferne is loving at the minute (as are we!) is Lydia Bright and James 'Arg' Argent.
Giving into their feelings for each other, the childhood sweethearts got back together during the TOWIE finale, sealing their reunion with a kiss.
Both Lydia and Arg have said that this time their romance is forever, and the Essex beauty is already talking marriage!
"I think they're soulmates," Ferne admitted. "I love them two. I think they were fighting against it for such a long time. I'm really happy that they are back together again, they genuinely seem really happy together."
Ferne McCann, has teamed up with Sky Sports to promote the end of the Netball Superleague Season. Sky Sports will be showing the Netball Superleague semi-finals live on 18 April and the final on 25 April.
