Sarah Harding hit the red carpet in London last night after telling her Girls Aloud bandmates it was time for a catch-up.

The 'Something Kinda Ooh' singer, 33, was among the stars attending the M&M Character Election Party on Tuesday night (14 April), held by the confectionery company in the run up to the general election.

(As an FYI, Sarah is voting for Mr Yellow.)

Sarah looked fab in a cute black playsuit and peep-toe heels as she joined the likes of Mark Wright, Rebecca Ferguson and Brian and Vogue McFadden at the party.

Last week, the singer had us all going 'please make this happen!' when she tweeted at her Girls Aloud bandmates Cheryl Fernandez-Versini, Nadine Coyle, Kimberley Walsh and Nicola Roberts.

She said: "Catch up soon girlies. It's been too long."

Cue plenty of excited Girls Aloud fans desperate to see this happen - and get picture evidence, of course!

Sarah will have to hit it into her busy schedule, though. She's just signed up for a four-episode guest arc in Coronation Street, playing a feisty character who will trouble Tracy Barlow! Details of the plot are being kept under wraps.

She said: "I am extremely excited to be joining Coronation Street. As a fan of the show it is a huge honour for me to join the cast. I can't wait to get started!!"

Sarah starts filming in May.
