Made In Chelsea star Louise Thompson had a slightly awkward moment while appearing on ITV's This Morning earlier today, realising she had dated all THREE boys that had joined her on the sofa.

Where's that hand-over-eyes monkey emoticon when you need it?!

Joined by Andy Jordan, Spencer Matthews and Jamie Laing, Louise was left a little red-faced when host Phillip Schofield kindly pointed out she was in fact sitting between a trio of her exes.

While many people would want to avoid a situation like that at all costs, Louise told Phillip she wasn't actually finding it too bad. Well, we guess she's used to it with the guys being her co-stars and all!

"I'm so lucky," Louise joked. "It's actually alright, I've matured and we're all friends now which is remarkable. I've hated every single one of them at some point!"

While she may have had to squeeze between them on the This Morning sofa, she luckily (or not so luckily) managed to avoid holidaying with her former flames in Barbados recently.

Jamie, Spencer and Andy all headed to the Caribbean without her and viewers were left feeling extremely jealous of their getaway while watching the first episode of MIC's new series, yesterday evening.

The boys were joined overseas by three of the show's newcomers Jess Woodley, Millie Wilkinson and Emily Weller as well as Alex Mytton and his new girlfriend Nicola Hughes and Spencer's leading lady Lauren Hutton.

Speaking about his current flame, a particularly bronzed-looking Spencer (who is now sporting considerably more facial hair and a blonde streak through his bonce) said he was "very happy and very in love".

Although, the reality star did admit: "Like any couple we have our ups and downs."

Promising to be a changed man this series, Spencer - who has been on a health kick of late - revealed he won't be up to his usual lothario ways and instead viewers will get a "real insight" into his and Lauren's romance.

But will he be able to keep up his new and improved persona?!

Ahead of series nine of MIC hitting screens, Spencer exclusively told Reveal he was "bored of being nice".

"I told myself, the next time I had a girlfriend I'd be more serious, so it was about time I grew up... I wouldn't rule [being a bad boy] out forever - I could come back. As much as I love being in a loving relationship, it is boring being nice! I fancy going dark again at some point."

Should we watch this space, perhaps?

Made In Chelsea continues next Monday 20 April at 9pm on E4.
