The family flew into Israel from Armenia yesterday and wasted no time in having their daughter baptised at 12th century Armenian church in the capital.
Kanye was pictured carrying North into the church.
The 22-month-old child was dressed in an ivory satin dress for the occasion, while Kanye wore white and Kim opted for a muted beach and sand ensemble.
Kim's sister Khloe was also at the baptism.
Archbishop Aris Shirvanian said: "Kim Kardashian's daughter will be baptised and become a Christian officially and a member of the Armenian church. All I know is that she's a famous personality. I don't know her in person. In any case she is welcome with her family."
North was born on 15 June 2013 in LA.
Ahead of arriving in Jerusalem, the famous family had been in Yerevan, Armenia to learn more about their ancestors on their late father Robert Kardashian's side.
They visited several landmarks including the Mother Armenia statue and the memorial to victims of the Armenian Genocide, where Kim and Khloe laid flowers.
Their trip also included a meeting with the country's prime minister, who said he was proud of them for raising awareness of Armenian and the genocide.
