The eldest Kardashian sister remained in LA while Kim and Khloe jetted to their ancestors' homeland last week.
Now, Kourtney has explained why she didn't make the trip.
In an Instagram post, she said: "I wish I was in Armenia with my sisters on #siblingsday! I didn't end up going to Armenia because it was making me too anxious with three young children."
Kourtney and long-time partner Scott Disick are parents to son Mason, five, daughter Penelope, two, and baby Reign, born in December.
She concluded: "I do wish that I could have experienced the trip with my sisters but I do know that we will all go to Armenia together someday."
Kim and Khloe have had a packed agenda since arriving in Armenia. They've visited local landmarks including the Mother Armenia statue and Geghard Monastery, paid their respects at a memorial for the victims of the Armenian Genocide and even had a sit-down meeting with the country's leader.
