Fans of the show will know that Tiffany Watson ended her romance with Sam after he admitted to kissing another girl, just moments after parting ways with Tiff at her birthday party.
Now speaking ahead of MIC's new series, which returns next week, Sam exclusively tells Reveal: "I'm a nice guy. I'm still a good boy. I keep telling myself that."
Sam says he and Tiff still remain good friends, "but obviously you're still going to have to watch and see what happen," he teases. "I mean I thought that at the end of last season there wasn't anyway back, but I think I've done pretty well to be fair.
"Hopefully I've shown her that I'm not a complete a**ehole and that I am actually quite nice still."
Is there hope for Sam and Tiff? And has Sam now learnt his lesson?
"I feel like every boy to become a man has to go through a moment of crisis to realise that you've got to grow up sometime," he tells us. "Now I honestly don't think I have it in me. I never thought I did have it in me, but yeah I can't see myself doing it again, I think I've grown up now."
Reflecting on the past year, Sam adds: "Everyone makes mistakes and I think it's part of life, and it's how you change and adapt and move on from those mistakes that actually defines you as a person. So hopefully I've moved on and hopefully I'm a better person for it."
Made In Chelsea returns on Monday 13 April at 9pm on E4.
