The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star will sit down with journalist Diane Sawyer for an interview to air on 24 April on US network ABC.
It's been a much-rumoured and much-anticipated interview as it's expected Bruce will speak for the first time about ongoing speculation he is transitioning into a woman.
ABC has promised the interview will be "far-ranging."
Bruce - who became a household name as an Olympic gold medallist long before the days of reality TV - may also speak about his divorce from Kris Jenner after 22 years of marriage and life as a member of the Kardashian-Jenner family.
His daughter Kendall, 19, is now a top model walking the catwalks across the world, while Kylie, 17, is forging her own career as a fashion designer and, most recently, celebrity ambassador for a skincare company.
And, of course, his stepdaughter is Kim Kardashian West - married to Kanye.
Bruce's children also include Brody Jenner, who appeared on The Hills, and musician Brandon Jenner, who is expecting his first child with wife Leah.
The interview may also touch upon the fatal car accident that Bruce was involved in earlier this year, which left a neighbour dead.
The two-hour interview airs on US TV on 24 April.
