Dressed in a simple black dress, the actress accepted her award for Best Villain for her role in Maleficent and gave an empowering speech to the audience.
After receiving big kisses from her proud daughters, Angelina took to the stage where she told fans: "When I was a kid, I was told - like Maleficent - that I was different.

Earlier this week, Angelina wrote an article in the New York Times about her decision to have her ovaries and fallopian tubes removed to prevent cancer.
She said: "It is not easy to make these decisions. But it is possible to take control and tackle head-on any health issue."
As a result, she is now in menopause.
She revealed two years ago that she'd had a double mastectomy because she carries a gene that gave her an increased chance of breast cancer. At the time, she said she was planning to remove her ovaries as well to reduce the risk of ovarian cancer.
