Fran extended an olive leaf to her former friend on Wednesday night's (25 March) episode following weeks of drama stemming from rumours that Georgia's boyfriend Tommy Mallet had cheated on her.
It was Fran's boyfriend Diags who spoke out about the rumours and it all resulted in a massive row between Fran and Diags and Tommy and Georgia – and comments being made on Twitter.
Tommy denied it and Georgia said she believed him.
Fran approached Georgia last night and said: "I wanted to apologise for Twitter. I got angry with it all. I shouldn't have said those words, it was wrong of me. I do miss you as a friend. I don't like this distance we have and I don't know how it's got to this."
"I don't know where to start," replied Georgia. "Without knowing it, you hurt me."
Fran insisted she had never meant to upset Georgia and she was only acting because she cared and didn't want Georgia to get hurt – she also wasn't the one who started the rumours.
Georgia, however, said that even if Fran didn't mean to hurt her, she still did. She reiterated that she stood behind Tommy and knew he hadn't cheated but still now their relationship was being scrutinised and that was really hard to deal with.
"You were my friend and that hurts the most," she said. "It came from you and Diags without you knowing it or wanting to do it. You caused my stress. I think it will take me a little longer to mend it. I think I need to get back to my happy self and get my relationship back to happy. I'm sick of everyone judging me."
Fran replied: "I never dreamt for you to get this upset all from a row. It wasn't meant to happen. I'm sorry you're crying. I don't want this for you. It was lovely talking to you. When you're ready I will see you soon."
