The reality star had admitted on the show earlier this series that his romance with model Emma was a bit rocky, but now they're back on track and more loved up than ever.
Viewers had seen Ferne McCann trying to set Mario up with newcomer Chloe Lewis earlier in the series – although he said he had a girlfriend and wouldn't do anything. He later bumped into Chloe at the gym and got all shy, prompting his friends to say he must fancy her.
It also riled Chloe's ex-boyfriend of six years Jake Hall, prompted tension and a bit of name calling between Jake and Mario.
But Mario's smitten with Emma and, in a deleted scene from last night's episode, he tells Ricky and Lewis: "I'm back with Emma. The whole thing has been a good realization that I love the girl. I look at Chloe and Jake and I think they're two people who love each other but can't really be together.
"Life is too short."
As for the tension with Jake, he said: "Why the f**k would I ever want to get involved in this playground b*llocks?"
On last night's episode, we saw Mario approaching Chloe – fresh home from a holiday to Dubai – and telling her he'd had an encounter with Jake.
"I had a run in with your emotional ex-boyfriend," he said. "Nothing I can't handle but I don't want to cause any trouble with me and you being friendly in the gym. Maybe overly friendly. I understand how it could be a problem."
Chloe said it was the first time she and Mario had properly met and it had been blown out of proportion, and of course they are just friends.
