Tensions have been simmering between Jake and Mario in recent episodes despite the men not actually meeting until yesterday's instalment.
It's all because of Jake's ex-girlfriend Chloe Lewis.
Jake and Chloe were together for six years before splitting, and Jake's not happy that Mario appeared to be flirting with Chloe and trying to make a move on her. (Mario's actually with girlfriend Emma McVey so Jake needn't worry!)
Also angering Jake was the fact Mario called him a 'little boy'. Mario, however, is annoyed that Jake referred to him as a 'drip'.
We were expecting a pretty explosive row between them after Jake earlier warned there "would be consequences" for Mario…
Jake told Tommy: "He called me a little kid. That's the problem. That's a big problem. If anyone is a little kid it's him. Scared to come up to me and say something. He's a drip, a prat, a p***y. I'm not some doughnut he thinks he can talk to like that. There will be consequences for everyone."
Finally, the guys came face to face on Sunday night's episode of the ITVBe show… but it was all a little bit anticlimactic, especially after last week's mammoth row between Diags and Tommy.
"You've been slippery behind my back," started Jake. "At what point can you tell my ex-girlfriend of six and a half years that I'm a little boy?! I don't know why you think you can do that. That's mugging me right off."
Mario stayed cool, replying: "You've called me names behind my back without even knowing me, in my eyes that's what someone a little bit immature would do."
Jake simply said: "At the end of the day, if Chloe goes with anybody else, I want it to be somebody better than me and I don't think you are that…"
