Keeping Up With The Kardashians star Kourtney was seen taking her two-year-old daughter Penelope to a ballet class in Calabasas.
The 35-year-old also carried baby son Reign out of the car, but covered the tot who was in the car seat, with a blanket.
Kourtney was seen out with her sister Kim, her husband Kanye West and their daughter North, who was also attending the ballet lesson.
Earlier this week, Scott voluntarily checked into Rythmia Life Advancement Centre (RLAC) in Costa Rica, which is said to focus on alternative therapies.
US reports say Scott entered the facility as his partying lifestyle had taken its toll on his family.
Scott and Kourtney have three children together - Penelope, Riegn and five-year-old Mason.
In a statement, Scott said: "I realise my issues are bigger than me and I'm ready to truly remedy this struggle I continue to battle."
Scott said he would be using iboga treatment, which is said to use a special African plant to cure addiction.
Scott previously entered rehab in June 2014. He opened up about his rehabilitation on an episode of Kourtney & Khloe Take The Hamptons in November, saying: "I've gone over this in my head so many times to try to live a cleaner life, and for some reason I just keep going back to the same routine.
"I've pretty much become a broken record. And I'm sick of hearing myself talk about the problems I have that I don't fix."
