The latest run of the E! reality show began over the weekend, with another dose of drama, glamour and revealing what's really happening behind the headlines.
Kim, 34, said via Twitter: "I'm very proud of my whole family, we've kept it real for 10 seasons. We've opened up and shared our lives thru happy times, sad times, really devastating times and life changing times!
"We're so lucky we have each other to be there and support one another and root for each other!
"Thank you for watching our home movies and supporting us, because of you we are at season 10!"
Kim - who has just returned to LA from Paris Fashion Week - also said the Kardashian-Jenner clan had made a conscious decision not to interviews ahead of the new series as they wanted series ten of their E! reality show to speak for itself
She tweeted: "My family decided not to do any press about our premiere & let this season speak for itself &answer all of the questions you might have had."
Keeping Up With The Kardashians aired its first episode on E! back in October 2007, after American Idol host Ryan Seacrest signed the family up for a fly-on-the-wall series.
Back then they weren't a household name. Can you imagine?!
Over the last eight years, the main show has run alongside spin offs including Kim's wedding special, Khloe & Lamar and Kourtney & Kim Take New York!
Storylines that have played out on screen include Kourtney's pregnancies, Kim's pregnancy and marriage to Kanye West, Khloe's divorce from Lamar Odom and Bruce and Kris Jenner's separation.
